Why NCLSV exists

NCLSV (pronounced in-cloo-siv) is a purpose-led brand created from lived experience. For years, people with dwarfism have had to choose between children’s shoes that don’t feel like them or expensive bespoke options. We’re building something different – ready-to-wear footwear designed specifically for the dwarfism community, with comfort, style and representation at the core.

  • How do I receive my Gift Card?

    NCLSV Gift Cards are delivered digitally by email, with a unique code to use at checkout. You can forward the email on, or print it to gift in person.

  • Can Gift Cards be used on any product?

    Gift Cards can be used towards any physical NCLSV product once our debut collection is available. They cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

  • What if my order total is less than the Gift Card amount?

    Any remaining balance will stay on the same Gift Card and can be used towards a future order.

  • Do Gift Cards expire?

    Our Gift Cards do not have an expiry date, so they can be used whenever the time is right.

  • Can I get a refund on a Gift Card?

    Gift Cards are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once issued, though exceptions may apply. Please see our refund policy for full details.
