Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Digital Gift Cards

Because our gift cards are digital and delivered by email with a unique code, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and the code has been issued, except where required by law.

In rare cases (for example, if a card was purchased in error and has not been used), we may be able to help. Email us at hello@nclsv.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll review this on a case-by-case basis.

Other non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items, except where required by law.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want (for physical products) is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, for eligible physical goods.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital gift cards that are delivered and available for use immediately are generally not covered by the cooling-off period once the digital code has been issued and activated, except where local law requires otherwise.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
