Shipping policy

At the moment, NCLSV only sells digital gift cards. We don’t ship any physical products yet, so all orders are delivered by email only.

Digital gift cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases (for example, due to email provider delays or spam filters), delivery can take up to 1 hour.

If you haven’t received your gift card after 1 hour:

• Please check your spam/junk and Promotions folders, and

• Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
